  • Spacious gym. Lot of old school equipment which I love. There's a huge, open-space area with weights that you can lift and perspire heavily in or you can lift in the air conditioned area. Wasn't busy when I went but can see how it would be packed with gym rats and meatheads (which I prefer).

  • Lookin for da hotties and smokin bruddas? GO TO PACIFIC ISLAND FITNESS! Machines are solid. Some are old, and some are newer, but they will get the job done. Some of the classes cost a little bit more even with gym membership (which is too bad), but the TRX and Yoga classes are awesome! The staff working here are very friendly and nice.

  • This is without a doubt the best gym in Kona and will accommodate anyone, from casual cardio lovers to serious powerlifters and anyone in between.

  • We are on vacation but we wanted to find our 'go-to' place for fitness while in town. PIF is amazing. For locals to the islands it's a $10 drop in and they also offer punch cards. I am commenting on the classes we have taken so far. Day 1 was Pilates with Cynthia and it was amazing. My core was burning and the stretching was great!
