This class is desgined to awaken the mind, body, and spirit through pranayama breathing techniques, as well as standing and seated postures. The Hatha Yoga flow will improve breath control, cleanse internal organs, improve muscle tone and flexibility, all while increasing balance and concentration. Overall relaxation will leave you rejuvenated and alert.

Pilates
Focuses on the "core" muscles of the body, back, and abdominal muscles. These "core" muscles provide support, flexibility, and power for your entrie body. Mat-work is done on the floor and features slow, deliberate, rhythmic movements with very mindful emphasis on breathing and concentration.

Indoor Cycling
This cardio training program uses motivation, sports psychology and cycling techniques to achieve an intense workout. Water and a towel are a must for this high-energy workout. PRIOR REGISTRATION is required to attend this class. Click here to sign up and view availability.

Step
Step classes follow the same format: 6-8 minutes of warm-up, 25-30 minutes of cardio, and 5-10 minutes of cool down. Class ends with abdominal stretching.

An all in one workout! Targets strength training and cardio conditioning. Great for all levels of fitness. It is a challenging class so come prepared for a great workout.
