KEITH OLSON

Keith stepped into his first yoga class over 20 years ago. He received his 200 hour yoga alliance certification from Greenpath Yoga in San Francisco in 2003. Since then he has been teaching yoga in diverse environments such as the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory to Daifukuji Zen Temple on the Big Island. His students have ranged in age from high school to the elderly. Currently, Keith teaches a more functional style of yoga that focuses on the basics, stretching large and small muscle groups for athletic minded people. He enjoys introducing Yoga concepts and techniques to beginners and seasoned yogis in the context of science, engineering, and humor. He is thrilled to help students achieve more difficult postures through the combination of basic stretching, scientific principles, and the occasional belly laugh. Keith also teaches a 30 min Interval Cycling class on Sunday mornings before his yoga class- a perfect combo of 30 minutes of cycling and an hour long stretch!

Wanda Rowan

After a career in IT and full-time travel, Wanda’s goal was to find work she loved and would help her maintain a physically active life as a scuba diver, downhill skier, and animal care-giver. Through volunteer work of assisting elderly during fitness classes, she rekindled her passion for fitness - as back in high school through college, she cross-trained with cycling, aerobics, & running, even competing in monthly events. She missed all that action! So WOW, Work Outs by Wanda, was born.

As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Silver & Fit Instructor, Wanda provides fitness training and group instruction in the gym or at private homes & pools. Her goal is to help folks live the lives they want to live by conditioning their bodies on a consistent basis with mobility, flexibility and strength programs.
